Hey, You Need Therapy (HYNT) is a virtual therapy practice for anyone 16 and older who wants a safe space to talk about anything and everything. We work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, complex relationships, and the exhaustion that comes from constantly holding it together. No matter where you are in your life or what you are facing, we are here to support you.

We are not here to fix you. We are here to make space for the real you—the one who is ready to stop performing, explore old patterns, and feel seen and supported. Our approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on nervous system care. Healing happens in relationships built with trust, understanding, and room to be fully human.

HYNT is affirming of neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and anyone seeking support without judgment. Therapy meets you wherever you are in your journey, whether you are navigating life transitions, exploring your identity, or simply need a space to process daily life. Crisis support is available, but our focus is on ongoing growth, connection, and care.
