  • Once matched, you begin your therapy or coaching journey with steady, affirming support at your pace.

    Together, you and the provider or coach explore goals, objectives, and whether working together feels aligned, ensuring mutual understanding and compatibility occur with you in mind.

  • Your mental health care is an investment, and clarity matters. We accept select insurance plans, shown below.

    • Coaching with Natasha is self-pay only.

    • Aaliya accepts Aetna, Cigna, and Self-Pay.

    • No EAP benefits accepted.

    Self-pay allows flexibility and privacy, and sliding scale options may be available based on need and availability. We believe access to care should feel fair, not confusing. Contact our practice manager.
